8.3.5.1a Coordinate Calculator Set-Up
Level of expertise required for this Chapter: Intermediate; specifically for LUPMIS @ TCPD
For the set-up of CoordinateCalculator to use with War Office projection, set it up as follows:
- 1. Define the source projection War Office: Source Coordinates > first 'Select' > ... > Ghana > ... > Accra / Ghana National Grid > ... > Accra:
- 2. Define the target projection UTM 30: 'Destination Coordinates' > first 'Select' > ... > World > ... > WGS 84 > ... > WGS 84 / UTM zone 30N:
- 3. Ensure that War Office is in feet ('Gold Coast foot'): Press 'Swap' 2 times.
