8.5.5.4 Permit Fees

Level of expertise required for this Chapter: Basic; specifically for LUPMIS @ TCPD


As permit fees are entered, you can retrieve the fees of the individual permits or their summaries. Proceed with Permit Tools > Development permit > List / Map > ... > Listing includes: Tick 'Financial data...' > List. A large table will be displayed with fees, their payment data and receipts (if paid) including total per permit (on the very right side of the large table) and total for each fee type - all also transferred for further presentation and calculation in a CSV file for Excel.






A map of locations of fees due (i.e. fees unpaid) can be generated:

For efficient management and collection of missing permit fees, a separate column in the table shows the amount due:
