8.6.2.4 Import of Fees and Classes
Level of expertise required for this Chapter: Intermediate; specifically for LUPMIS @ TCPD
The annual fees for all properties / businesses are defined by the Assemblies for every year, and published through the 'Fee Fixing Regulations'. These are the basis for all fee calculations and Demand Notices.
Similar to property / business data collected in the field, fees can be entered either on-screen or through an import procedure from a CSV file (explained in Chapter 8.6.2.2). The example below marks the option of import of fees from an external file.
There are two ways, both to calculate the fee of properties and of businesses. Accordingly, the minimum data set to be imported is different.

The model and the procedure are explained in the following Chapter 8.6.2.5.
Alternatively, it is possible to use the fee figures of a previous year and adjust all fees by a fixed rate, inflation-adjusted.
If fee figures have been entered or imported before, they will be display, as in the example below. Observe the 'Combined code' with 100.... numbers, which have to match the property data (in 'property use').
